In the role of Technical Specialist, you will have a key position in creating value for Northcom's customers and developing our technical offerings within the company's product portfolio. You will work closely with the sales team and contribute technical expertise before, during, and after customer visits. The role also involves close work with hardware within our product portfolio, where you participate in technical validation, configuration, testing, and quality assurance of new equipment. You will also be responsible for developing customer solutions, maintaining supplier contacts, and participating in trade shows and marketing activities. Your main tasks will consist of:

• Supporting salespeople with technical expertise during customer visits and business dialogues

• Working practically with hardware such as installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting

• Analyzing customer needs and adapting technical solutions based on the product portfolio

• Maintaining and developing technical relationships with suppliers

• Contributing ideas and improvement suggestions regarding technology, hardware, and processes

• Staying updated in IT and radio communication

• Have a strong technical interest, preferably in IT and radio communication

• Have experience working practically with technical equipment, installation, and troubleshooting

• Thrive in a role with many contact points and enjoy collaborating with others

• Have good administrative skills and can work systematically

• Are communicative and express yourself fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English

Salary: Fixed monthly salary Scope: Full-time, permanent Start: Immediately, considering your potential notice period Location: Karlstad
